About Basirah
Who is Basirah for?
Students, graduates, master's students and professionals preparing for consulting and strategy interviews in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf: consulting firms, banks and financial services, PIF portfolio companies, giga-projects and semi-government entities.
Is Basirah only in Arabic?
No. All content is in Arabic and English. Consulting interviews are always in English, so you can build the basics and practise cases in Arabic first, then move to English.
Is the content original?
Yes. Every lesson, case, drill and scorecard is written by Basirah, with Saudi and Gulf examples.
Practice and content
What's the difference between Interviews and the Case Library?
Interviews simulate the real day: a fit part, then a case. The Case Library trains you on the case interview only.
Where should I start?
Start with the quick diagnostic after signing up; it builds your skills profile and daily plan. Then follow «Today's round» and the suggested lessons.
How are points earned?
From correct answers in Skill Drills and online tests (10 × difficulty), and from Basir interviews by your score. Self-scored or partner sessions, lessons and community activity earn no points.
Basir
What is Basir?
An AI interviewer that runs a written interview with you, then writes a report on five dimensions: fit, structuring, analysis and maths, business judgment, and communication.
How many Basir sessions does each plan include?
Perception: 1 a month. Clarity: 5 a month. Foresight: 30 a month. Voice sessions are coming soon.
Account and privacy
What does Basirah keep about me?
Only what your progress needs: your account, drill, case and interview results, your lessons and library, and your community posts. We never sell your data.
Is my CV uploaded to Basirah?
No. You write your CV and cover letter on the site and download them as Word files; the draft stays in your browser only.
How do I delete my account?
Message us from the contact page using your registered email and choose “Delete my account”, and we'll delete your account and data.
Plans and payment
When do paid plans open?
Soon. Sign up free now to try the platform, and we'll let you know when subscriptions open. Billing and cancellation details are on the plans page.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, 20% off Clarity and Foresight with your university email.
Community
Is my name shown in the Community?
Your name never appears with questions or interview experiences. Replies show your first name only.
Are posts reviewed before they're published?
Yes. The Basirah team reviews every question, experience and reply before it's published, and you get a notification when it is.
