Refund policy

All Basirah subscriptions are non-refundable once paid, in whole or in part, including unused days or sessions. That's why the Perception plan is free: so you can try the platform before you subscribe.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again.

Expert sessions included in a plan are not refundable as cash. If the expert cancels or we can't hold the session, we'll arrange another time.

If you were charged twice or in error, message us from the contact page and we'll fix it and return the extra amount.
